Today I am going to talk about a place which is affected by pollution where I visited couple of years ago. It is Delhi the capital of India. Actually that was the time when my father returned from abroad.

Where the place is

I think there is no place which is completely pollution free and it is regrettable that a minority of people who are concerned about environment. I went with my family over there to receive him. I was very excited for it. But after visiting there I came to know that it has been affected by the all types of pollution.

When you visited?

There I saw heaps of garbage on the roads and thousands of vehicles on the roads at one time. Actually there are number reasons why this city is polluted badly. The first and foremost reason is mostly people travel by their private vehicles. Thus air pollution occurs with this and multifarious diseases are growing day by day.

Why the air was not good?

Furthermore due to the advancement of this city there are numerous industries which produce a huge amount of waste materials which they thrown in the water bodies and this is the main cause of water pollution. With this water pollution many aquatic animals are on their last legs. Moreover people throw garbage in the open areas which is the cause of spreading many diseases.

And explain how you felt about the place.

Therefore the authorities should take some strict actions about it otherwise we will see soon the result of it. They should get the roads and water bodies cleaned. People should cut down on their vehicles by using public transport with this air and noise pollution will reduce. Delhi is one of the metropolitan cities of India. We should take care of it because a number of people visit it on the daily basis so it must be clean.
